Interview was done remotly. Manager and team member present. Team member switched off camera half way through interview. Interview was the usual, but they were red flags appearing during the chat. Seems the team changes quite often as people leave, so from a team of 4, 3 left and were trying to recruit. Considring this is a app company, you should expect more degree of systems integration and processes, not to sure if the problem is the company or the current head of that particular team. It seems there is a huge mess in that particular team/function and not williness to change for the better. It's a shame because on paper it looks the perfect company to work for.
