There was a lot of stages to the interview process. There’s a call with the recruitment team, a technical interview, take home tech test, pair programming tech test then final soft skills interview. I only made it as far as the tech test which was incredibly difficult. One of the questions was about a cypher or something like that which as a non comp-sci grad I had no idea about. I also got a pop up warning me to not leave the tech test tab so felt I couldn’t google anything which doesn’t simulate a normal working environment. The technical interview was alright, lots of questions about object oriented programming concepts. The interview was virtual so somewhat relaxed but my interviewer turned up in a dressing gown which I felt to be unprofessional.
