I wouldn't know, I had to rearrange the interview and was told they would send over some more times. I've followed up a few times but i've not had a response at all which isn't a good look.

Spoke with a recruiter, and never heard back. Had a great conversation, was told I would hear back in 48 hours. Did not receive a disposition email or any communication.

Bad, the scheduling did not make sense. Most importantly, I do not understand how one can interview on good recruiting methods but then display those same methods. Do not ghost candidates - feedback and communication is the most important factor of TA.
