I originally applied for a different role at a different level. The recruiter emailed me back inviting me for an interview, but then ghosted me for almost a month. Eventually, they got back to me and said they had changed the team structure and invited me to interview for a different role, which ended up being a more junior position with a significantly smaller salary. In the ensuing process, I also found out they had hired someone internally for the previous position. I would have preferred it if the recruiter was transparent with me about this.
The Hiring Manager process was pretty standard. Despite not being successful, I wouldn't have gone any further with the process anyways as this process did not appear to espouse the values the organisation claims to hold.
Recruiter was awful. Spelling name wrong, missing an email and not following asks for timing. Very badly handled. I left process as it felt like it showed company culture. Avoid.
