This interview process was rigorous but fair. - Initial screening with internal recruiter - First stage double session comprised of 60 minutes technical design case scenario as well as another 60 minute competency and behaviour session with hiring manager and another colleague from the business - Interview feedback from someone in the internal recruitment team on strengths displayed - Second stage double session on behaviours comprised of 60 minutes with hiring manager's colleague and senior HR consultant and a second 60 minute session with colleagues from Product and Design team.
