Very informal and relaxed, had a numeracy and literacy test first. I was told the agency would notify me at the end of the day, despite my calling to let the consultant know how the interview went, she wouldn't answer my call and didn't get back to me! Only by phoning the agency the following day did I find out the consultant was now on holiday!!! I was told I hadn't got the position, when asked why, consultant stumbled over her words but not before I heard the word 'younger', she said I hadn't enough admin experience. I've got over 20 years experience. Won't be using this agency again.
