informal process, was slightly uncomfortable, did not perform well. the receptionist was very welcoming and i though it would be a good place to work. However the process was a disaster

I applied online and received phone interview the next day. Phone interview lasted for 10-15 minutes which was quite easy. The interviewer asked general questions and I was called for a face to face interview with National Procurement Manager and Lead Buyer. Again the interview was pretty straight forward. Asked what I do at my present job, some scenario questions, which all vendors I work with and the whole process lasted for about 30-45 minutes.
