Interview
It was a phone interview and they asked a few behaviour and technical questions. I got a position and worked in the lab and learned a lot of soft skills.

The interview process was smooth, clear, and well-organized. Each step was timely, communication was consistent, and the overall flow felt relaxed, professional, respectful, and easy to follow from start to end.
Firstly, they let you to fill an apply form that provides your personal information. Then, they ask you to do a written test in a room. After that, they invite you to meet with HR and manager separately.
First round is HR, normal behavioural questions and a few technical related to PPE, safety and others.
Second round is, 25-30 minutes of interview again behavioural and situational questions. Question about analytical balance, as it is the main instrument used while working in pre-processing area.
