Bureau Veritas Wind Project Engineer interview questions

I applied through a recruiting agency in Japan. There were 3 people during the interview (1 HR person, Technical team members 2 people). The interview discussion was only in Japanese. I can verbally communicate in Japanese. But the interviewer was expecting someone who can write/prepare the report in Japanese. Although that information was not written in the job description. The Internet connection of one of the interviewers was very bad. Sometimes, I could not hear his question. Also, he used very long sentences to ask a question. It was difficult to understand which part is the question. The interview overall experience was not good.
