      Franchise Manager Interview

      Feb 15, 2012
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Burger King in Oct 2011

      Interview

This was by far one of the most unprofessional interviewing experiences I have ever had. I would not have taken the job even if it was offered. They laid off 400 plus people created a new job title and tried to sell it as a new position. When ask direct questions about their organization they lied. They were basically trying to hire people for a lot less than the job was worth. They wanted you to be away from your home for 6 weeks of training.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Basically they asked how you would handle Franchisee relationships.
