Okay i was just recently hired at my local Burger King, so I'll fill you in on how the process is....
Basically, you go in after filling out the application and they will have you fill out a questionaire. It has just simple question for example, What would you do if a customer was unhappy with their purchase, What would you do if you found out a fellow employee was stealing from the cash register, etc. The manager will look over that and then possibly ask you a couple of question regarding previous work. Then they will tell you how it works in the back, like its really hot can you handle that, can you stand on your feet for 8hrs, you will need black shoes that are non-slick, etc. Then basically your hired. Its not a big deal and not at all nerve racking, you really don't get into too much detail. If hired you will come in the next available day and fill out a bunch of paperwork and watch a couple videos on how to handle food etc. Anyway, hope that was helpful.
