The first call consisted of speakin briefly with the recruiter. Basic personality and background questions. This call was followed by two other calls with members of the group I was interviewing for. They were mostly concerned with fit and background. They talked about the company's culture a lot. I was then invited to an on-site interview which took about 4 hours. Spoke with 4 different members of the group I was interviewing for and a HR manager. Questions varied, but mostly fit and background questions. Followed by a couple of case scenario questions. The interview wen well, I was told they would make the decision within a week. After two weeks of not hearing anything, I reached out to the HR recuruiter who mentioned they were still in the process of making a decision, that she would get back to me "shortly". After another two weeks past, I emailed and called the recruiter again but didn't have an answer. Finally after a month and a half of waiting, I got a generic computer generated email saying I wasn't being considered for the position anymore.
