I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Burger King (Miami, FL) in Jan 2015
Interview
The first call consisted of speakin briefly with the recruiter. Basic personality and background questions. This call was followed by two other calls with members of the group I was interviewing for. They were mostly concerned with fit and background. They talked about the company's culture a lot.
I was then invited to an on-site interview which took about 4 hours. Spoke with 4 different members of the group I was interviewing for and a HR manager. Questions varied, but mostly fit and background questions. Followed by a couple of case scenario questions. The interview wen well, I was told they would make the decision within a week.
After two weeks of not hearing anything, I reached out to the HR recuruiter who mentioned they were still in the process of making a decision, that she would get back to me "shortly". After another two weeks past, I emailed and called the recruiter again but didn't have an answer.
Finally after a month and a half of waiting, I got a generic computer generated email saying I wasn't being considered for the position anymore.
