I walked in to a guy that my wife knew because he was the general manager and he always went to the bank and she took care of him. I quit mcdonalds and she told me I should try applying with them. I had interview next couple of days and got hired.

It was a good interview and they asked relevant questions pertaining to my background, experience, and initiative. I would definitely study up on tactics with fast food service managers. They were definitely knowledgeable about the business.
