Pre selection on line. There are an english test, an analythical one and a personality description. If passed you are moved to the next step in one of their offices in europe. There you will participate in a business game, an analitycal interview and a cultural interview. If also this step is passed you are moved to the final assessement with the senior management that will take the final decison
