They ask you the experience for a kitchen hand, especially on fried meat. And they will ask for a test for a month. After interviewed, if they think you are ok, you will be test in the kitchen for a month.

1min talk. vary fast, just ask about my age, and ask me to povide more docs that needed. I mean if they are urgent to hire, the interview is just a process if you are not a mentaly illed person
I was seated and given a beverage. The hiring manager asked me what my availability was. I gave him my availability and he hired me. It was a quick and painless process .
