I recently had an in-person interview at Burger King, and I wanted to share my experience.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt welcoming. The hiring manager greeted me with a smile and made me feel comfortable right away. The interview began with some basic questions about my background and why I wanted to work at Burger King. I highlighted my experience in the food industry and emphasized my passion for customer service.
The manager asked several situational questions, such as how I would handle a difficult customer or a busy shift. I shared examples from my previous job where I successfully resolved customer complaints and worked as part of a team during peak hours. I think it helped demonstrate my ability to stay calm under pressure and provide excellent service.
The interview lasted about 30 minutes, and I appreciated how the manager encouraged me to ask questions about the role and the company. I asked about team dynamics and opportunities for growth within Burger King, which seemed to impress the manager.
