Very basic as long as you show the ability to speak with care and enunciate. Do try to show up cleaned up just so they dont assume that you are nasty usually. It requires a dress code so they do look to how you dress to determine how you would handle it. Do make eye contact with them and you will probably gain their respect enough for them to like you more.
