Burns & McDonnell typically bring people in as contingent employees (meaning they are contracted though a hiring agency). The hiring agency found my resume online and reach out to me. My only interview with Burns and McDonnell (BMcD) was a one-on-one with who was going to be my direct supervisor. The interview lasted an hour and a half and it was pretty straight forward type of interview.
