I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Burns & McDonnell (Kansas City, MO) in Nov 2014
Interview
Had an hour long interview as a Senior in College on campus by another engineer. Then had a second day long interview with each department manager from each division. Also, part of the day long interview included a brief 5-10 min presentation about yourself (Background, leadership experience, work experience, academics, etc.). Each interview with each manager took about 45 min to an hour with 6 managers total. It was pretty laid back though each interview with half just getting to know you and other half explaining what you would be doing in their respective division and in the company as a whole.

Interview
Single prerecorded interview, however during the process of me recording my interview my application was moved to be no longer under consideration. Clearly the recordings were not reviewed as I wasn't finished with them, disappointing for such a prestigious company.
