I applied online. I interviewed at Burns & McDonnell
Interview
Applied online and was given a recorded interview first. Would either be a video or text asking a question and then had to record an answer. Live skype/in person interview after recorded.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Burns & McDonnell (Champaign, IL) in Oct 2018
Interview
They were all behavioral questions. First part is record yourself. Second stage is phone call. The time between the two stages was about a month and a half. Not terribly difficult but they want to see you can work well with others and have a desire to do better.
