I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Burns & McDonnell in Apr 2015
Interview
Interview was online and pre recorded questions will appear. firstly write questions appear asking General profile, later interviewer recorded behavioural questions will appear. the interview process was very unfamiliar. We need to have good internet facility. Automatically the videos are very slowly recorded. That was the main treason fit my denial.
First I had a pre-recorded video interview. Very quick and simple questions. You could record everything twice in case you messed up. Then I had a video call with the office team, which was very relaxed and comfortable.
Video interview then an in-person interview. Video interview seemed like an HR screener and the in-person interview was pretty relaxed and conversational. I enjoyed talking to the engineers who gave the interview. They took a really long time to get me an offer after the interview though.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Burns & McDonnell (Kansas City, MO) in Oct 2019
Interview
I went to my university’s career fair and was given a referral by the person that I met with. I then received an invitation to complete a one-way online interview with pre-set questions
