Interview
Had a phone screener with the HR person. Took three weeks to hear back from them and then had a Skype interview with the hiring managers (two people). Both conversations were as expected, normal types of questions asked.
However, they completely ghosted me after that. Apparently their "stance" doesn't include treating potential employees respectfully. Won't be supporting Burton after this experience!

Wow, brutal. Made it through three interviews -actually 4 interviews - two phone interviews, one in person interview day meeting the whole team, then was scheduled for another phone interview with one of the higher ups who wasn’t there to meet me on the day I was there. He was then a no show on the day we were supposed to have a phone call - didn’t hear from anyone on the team about needing to reschedule beforehand just a flat out no show. When we finally did meet he didn’t seem to care at all. Went through ALL of that process - and have never heard back from anyone on the team or hr since - even after sending several emails to HR.... Incredibly inconsiderate... can’t imagine what the actual work culture is like there if this kindve behavior is standard....
