I applied online. I interviewed at Busey in Jan 2020
Interview
Initially interviewed at the Clayton location, met with the Assistant Manager and Branch Manager in conference room. Asked standard questions regarding past experience that relates to the job, and "what is banking?", interview lasted about 30 mins. Was then referred to another St. Louis location, asked questions about myself and how I feel I'd be a good fit, lasted about 15-20 mins. Was offered the job the following week.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Busey (Champaign, IL)
Interview
Fairly laid back and informal. Very conversational and comfortable. Two managers seems to be the standard practice. As I had prior banking experience, I think my interview was more just a getting to know me session to see if I could fit in
