I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Butterfly Effects in Jan 2015
Interview
I had two phone interviews before being hired, four months later I finally started working. The process was unreasonably long. Once I finally got a call that I would start working, a week would pass and something else had to be done (background check, required courses, etc) and it would be week after week that they would promise I would start working. Also, there is a 40 hour, non-paid course you need to take before you can even be considered for the position, even if you have your degree...

Very easy. Had me lead the interview so have your questions ready. They asked me no questions, I lead the interview with my questions for them. So please be comprehensive.
It was very professional and respectful! It was a great interview experience. They inform you of your job and the training process very well. They send you many emails and answer any questions you have.

The interview lasted around 30 minutes, on the phone. The guy I spoke to was very nice and informing about the job. He asked questions such as, “have you worked with children?” “have you worked with autism?”
