Virtual interview. Discussed definition of RBT and the requirements and training involved to begin there. Discussed why leaving other job. Discussed some of what the job would look like. Discussed personal resume and experience.

Interview process went well. It was a quick 15-30 minute zoom call. We went over job responsibilities and previous work experience. We highlighted how previous work experience can tie into being an RBT and I was hired on the spot.

Overall it was easy and took about 2 weeks. One by phone and one by Zoom. Two people on the conference call. You must send verification of high school diploma and car insurance information.
