I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Butterfly Effects
Interview
There was a phone interview where basic questions were asked (how much experience do you have working with children, etc) then an interview in person with a BCBA. Both asked similar questions and thoroughly explained the way training would go and how long it would take. The process was informal and comfortable.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Butterfly Effects (Fremont, CA)
Interview
Very easy. Had me lead the interview so have your questions ready. They asked me no questions, I lead the interview with my questions for them. So please be comprehensive.
It was very professional and respectful! It was a great interview experience. They inform you of your job and the training process very well. They send you many emails and answer any questions you have.

The interview lasted around 30 minutes, on the phone. The guy I spoke to was very nice and informing about the job. He asked questions such as, “have you worked with children?” “have you worked with autism?”
