Interview
A truly unprofessional waste of time. I had a recruiter reach out, schedule a call. I show up, he doesn't. I email him at least three times before I got annoyed and reached out to their main recruiting email and explain that I was ghosted. Suddenly, the recruiter can now respond to me. He claims it was actually I who didn't show up but he was "happy to reschedule". Lies. I joined the call on time and even emailed him as I waited an additional twenty minutes. I sent him screenshots via email to prove that I showed up. He didn't reply, didn't even address it on the call. It's clear he only rescheduled because I mesaged the main email saying he ghosted. I should've asked for another recruiter, but didn't want to kick up another fuss. On the call, the recruiter seemed dry, but the conversation felt good. He claimed I had good knowledge of the platform, more than he did before he was hired apparently. It felt like it went well, but I got the rejection email today. They wanted 2 years of sales experience. I have eight. But somehow, I don't fit their needs.
And I had a feeling that would happen, just based off how it started off. Just an unprofessional mess. The reviews you see on here are not lying. Their recruiting team is unprofessional.

Interview
3 phone calls that were all redundant. 1st call they ask you about yourself and why your current experience would be good for the position. Second call is with the Director of Sales who tells you more about the day to day about the role and then asks the same question “why are you a good fit”. Last call, with a Sales person (who was there less than a year) who tells you about how his department gathers the business and passes it along.
The job post is misleading. “Salary UP TO $60,000” but on the initial call they offer a base of $45,000. I guess if you work hard you’d hit commission every month. That’s not secure enough though, what if it’s a bad month? You’d be living paycheck to paycheck. If you live in the city, there’s your rent, or a quarter of it at least. Oh and it’s bi-weekly pay. Hybrid work (2 day at home, 3 days in the office).
Have yet to hear back on whether they’d be moving forward with myself or another candidate.

Interview
I applied for three different positions within this company. It wasn’t until my 30 minute phone interview that I was told what position I was being interviewed for. Was only asked why I wanted to work for the company and what is a stigma that people initially perceive you as but is actually false. Then was told to save all my day to day operations and direct job related questions for my “second interview”. Leaving me restricted to ONLY asking questions about the company as a whole. Which are questions I already had answers to from my initial research on the company before interviewing. Leaving me uniformed on the majority of the job expectations and day to day functions of the position and work place. Interviewer was not versed on the job title I was interviewing for and was eager to get off the phone by the 25 minute mark. I followed up with a thank you email right after the “interview” was completed. And have not heard a word back since. It’s been almost a month. The whole interview was odd and despite being completely qualified for the position, and eager to potentially get the job since it has great reviews from current employees. Nothing sat right with me about the whole thing. I’m constantly seeing job postings on their LinkedIn and website so who knows. Maybe that is the red flag.
