I had a 20 minute introductory interview with an HR person, an Excel test, and based on the results of that, a follow-up interview with two potential members of my department that was about 35 minutes long. Both interviews were relaxed, with really nice people who were happy to answer any questions. While I didn't receive an offer, I wasn't ghosted and was notified every step of the way. This was a really enjoyable interview experience.
