An HR person reached out to me via LinkedIn saying I would be a good fit for the position. We set up an interview to take place in a weeks time. The interviewer did not even show up to the meeting and only after the meeting when I sent him an email, he informed me that the position had been filled. Very disappointing and unprofessional to inform me only after the scheduled meeting. Don't mind that they chose to go with someone else, but they could have let me know so I would not have wasted my time.
