3 step process - Hr screen, then 2 30 minute interviews. I didn't make it past the first. The first 30 minute interview was a jarring barrage of technical quiz like questions. Some topics were not things listed on the job description (eg DDD). This interview was especially odd because there was no time given to intros, so it was a really weird way to meet the team - not very personal and basically felt like they were just looking for someone who could answer questions correctly. Which, I guess is fine but it's not your typical interview. Also, the guy was talking about things that would make him fire someone, which is an odd thing to bring up when you are hiring. There was also a 5-10 minute period of non-technical behavioral questions. I would not say that this is a difficult interview, but if you do not know specific details of things you will probably have trouble.
