The interview process was awful, probably the worse I've experienced in my career. The questions were very repetitive through each round (2 phone screenings, 1:1 video interview, written Q&A, panel interview). The communication was very poor with long lapses and zero updates. After six months of back and forth, I was notified that I made it to the final round and I was invited for an onsite interview, only to be told after providing my availability twice (and not hearing back from them twice with a finalized date/time), that the job was filled by an internal candidate.
The interview process was poorly managed which could be a reflection of what's happening internally. If they treat candidates they are recruiting to work there in this manner, I don't want to imagine how their employees are treated.
