The interview process is getting harder from when I started. Be prepared to meet with several different team members. Make time in your schedule to be here for 1.5 hours.
There will be an initial phone screening and an in-person interview.
Never heard back after HR phone screen despite being told that my experience fit very well with what the role required and would hear back about next steps within 1-3 business days. Just straight up got ghosted.
The recruiter was very informative and it was a great conversation. I ended up not getting a second interview but overall not a bad process compared to some other ones I've been doing.
