Application -> assessment day -> selection
Because I'm tired of the behaviour of people working in HR I felt compelled to write this review. I didn't even make it to the interview, eventhough I was invited. I received a last minute invitation (3 working days notice) to attend an interview in london while I was working in Brussels. Being employed on a traineeship I had a couple of questions regarding travel compensation and start date to see if it would be worth booking leave at the last minute to attend. I received no answer until after the assessment day had already taken place. In the meantime, however, I did receive the info required for the assessment day presentation. The lady who finally got in touch with me was very apologetic and told me to inform her when I'd next be in London so we could schedule an interview. I replied with some dates and received no answer. So I called. She told me that actually there were no positions available (so she had lied to cover her incompetence via email?) Anyway the position opened up again about a month later. I applied and got rejected. Less than impressed. I'm sure the Boston offices wouldn't like to see the HR representative in London behaving this way.

Interview
Two interviewers took the place. One Senior Consultant and one middle level consultant. They started from introducing myself, and continuing with questions about collecting data and build a relationship with customers. They also gave me a situation question as well.
The interview process included two behavioral interviews and then a case interview. The case was more qualitative in nature and seemed related to what the company actually did. The behavioral interviews were pretty standard questions asking about work history, strengths, and why I was interested in the company/role.
