Interview
There was a phone screening, then a lengthy in person/digital interview, then a writing exercise. I did really well on the first two interviews, then was ultimately let go after the writing exercise. Apparently, there were more concerned about how I can write an email and a discussion guide, rather than how much experience I have, my personality and analytical abilities. Then, after the recruiter sent me an email with the feedback from one of the managers about my writing exercise, I emailed the recruiter back asking if there was a different job within the company which would be a better fit for my skills (because apparently writing discussion guides and emails isn't one of them). I was completely ghosted after this question. They didn't seem to want anything to do with me after they ultimately decided to move forward with someone else. I just found the entire process to be rather unprofessional.

Interview
Two interviewers took the place. One Senior Consultant and one middle level consultant. They started from introducing myself, and continuing with questions about collecting data and build a relationship with customers. They also gave me a situation question as well.
The interview process included two behavioral interviews and then a case interview. The case was more qualitative in nature and seemed related to what the company actually did. The behavioral interviews were pretty standard questions asking about work history, strengths, and why I was interested in the company/role.

3 phases, first with HR, then with two Senior Consultants / Associate Directors, then the last is a case study presentation exercise with 2 Directors.
First round is typical HR interview going over your CV and experience.
Second round is also classic interview, with a stronger focus on the role competencies and research background.
Third round, you prepare a case study exercise and presentation, then present it and answer questions.
