Interview
It was pretty straightforward. I was invited for an interview where I met 2 people. They were friendly but professional. I enjoyed the interview, felt welcomed and comfortable.
I got another invitation for the second interview right after I arrived home from the first interview that day. The second interview, in my opinion, went well. I was asked to perform a task (Analyzing an online conversation and presenting the result on a PPT), in which one of the interviewers informed me that they wanted to know how my brain worked. I enjoyed the second interview and actually learned a lot both from the experience and the interviewers.
I waited for their answer regarding my job interview, and even emailed their contact person about it. However, I have never received any response. I just wish they let me know that I did not make it, so I could move on faster. For a short time, I kind of felt bad because I thought it was my 12-week pregnancy that made them think twice to hire me. But, I guess somebody else deserved the job, as I realized I was an entry level applicant.

Two interviewers took the place. One Senior Consultant and one middle level consultant. They started from introducing myself, and continuing with questions about collecting data and build a relationship with customers. They also gave me a situation question as well.
The interview process included two behavioral interviews and then a case interview. The case was more qualitative in nature and seemed related to what the company actually did. The behavioral interviews were pretty standard questions asking about work history, strengths, and why I was interested in the company/role.
