Interview
Sent the CV two months ago till they reach out to me for an interview. So if it's taking a while, give them some time! I had three rounds of interviews. The process was rather quick, two week-ish from first round to final offer.
First round was with HR. Very brief phone call just to get a sense of who you are. Confirmed second interview by the end of call.
Second interview was with two directors. Simple questions about your background, why you want the role etc. Had a role play scenario with one of the interviewers where I was asked to have a conversation with them and try to get some info out of them. Pretty fun and casual. The interviewers were very friendly.
Third interview came a week after. They sent me a case study but it eventually didn't come up in the actual interview. This time I met with two directors from different functions, Again they will want to know why you want the role and they will ask you to prove to them using examples. Had a short task towards the end - be prepare to come up with ideas about how to help business improve their performance etc. Again interviewers were very friendly and they genuinely were interested in knowing what I had to say.
Got the offer three days later! Really happy that instead of just getting HR to notify me, the line manager arranged another phone call to deliver the good news (so if they say they want to "catch-up" after your interview, you know you got it...) Shows that they really care.
Overall the experience is great. HR was responsible and responsive. QUALITY!

Interview
Two interviewers took the place. One Senior Consultant and one middle level consultant. They started from introducing myself, and continuing with questions about collecting data and build a relationship with customers. They also gave me a situation question as well.
The interview process included two behavioral interviews and then a case interview. The case was more qualitative in nature and seemed related to what the company actually did. The behavioral interviews were pretty standard questions asking about work history, strengths, and why I was interested in the company/role.

Interview
3 phases, first with HR, then with two Senior Consultants / Associate Directors, then the last is a case study presentation exercise with 2 Directors.
First round is typical HR interview going over your CV and experience.
Second round is also classic interview, with a stronger focus on the role competencies and research background.
Third round, you prepare a case study exercise and presentation, then present it and answer questions.
