I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at C Space (Boston, MA) in Sep 2020
Interview
The interview process itself is not difficult. Very basic questions about yourself, salary expectations, etc. I had a phone interview that lasted about 30min.
I thought the interview went well (they reached out to me for an opportunity). Mind you, this position was a bit junior for my profile, but I told the recruiter my expectations for my career growth and it seemed that we were in the picture....
I was told that they were going to follow up with me about the next steps in my recruitment process, however that never happened. As a Talent Acquisition professional, I know that sometimes things happen, so I followed up with the recruiter via email and still got no answer (I was ghosted). I figured that I was not selected.
As a candidate, if I get this treatment in a recruitment process, it's not a good sign. If management is able to see this comment, my recommendation would be to keep an eye on your recruitment metrics and your communication style.

Question 1
- Tell me about yourself
- Why are you interested in this opportunity?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at C Space (London, England) in Mar 2026
Interview
Two interviewers took the place. One Senior Consultant and one middle level consultant. They started from introducing myself, and continuing with questions about collecting data and build a relationship with customers. They also gave me a situation question as well.
The interview process included two behavioral interviews and then a case interview. The case was more qualitative in nature and seemed related to what the company actually did. The behavioral interviews were pretty standard questions asking about work history, strengths, and why I was interested in the company/role.

Interview
3 phases, first with HR, then with two Senior Consultants / Associate Directors, then the last is a case study presentation exercise with 2 Directors.
First round is typical HR interview going over your CV and experience.
Second round is also classic interview, with a stronger focus on the role competencies and research background.
Third round, you prepare a case study exercise and presentation, then present it and answer questions.
