Interview
A Talent Acquisition Manager reached out to me a couple of weeks after I submitted my CV. All the interactions were extremely professional and timely!
The first interview was with someone from the HR team and a Senior Consultant. Basic interview talked about my journey, experience, and academics, why I was interested in the company, etc...
Invitation for 2nd interview came a couple of days later, followed by a case study which I was expected to analyse and present at the interview.
2nd interview was also really good. I met 2 very senior people in the organisation, both of which were lovely and paid close attention to the presentation I had prepared and asked some very pertinent questions about it later. They were very transparent about the company and answered all the questions I had for them!
The offer came about a week after my second interview, the Talent Acquisition manager called me to give me the good news!

Interview
Two interviewers took the place. One Senior Consultant and one middle level consultant. They started from introducing myself, and continuing with questions about collecting data and build a relationship with customers. They also gave me a situation question as well.
The interview process included two behavioral interviews and then a case interview. The case was more qualitative in nature and seemed related to what the company actually did. The behavioral interviews were pretty standard questions asking about work history, strengths, and why I was interested in the company/role.
