Interview
They do this interview several different ways. Sometimes they will have the Director of Retail Development, Sr. VP of HR and the Sr. VP of Sales in the room all together and sometimes they have them in different room and you will interview separately. I personally sat at a round table with all present. The Sr. VP of HR seemed to ask most of the questions with others took notes and referred back to some of my answers.

Interview
I applied to several Market Manager positions, I did not get a call until maybe a month later. The call came from a regional manager. We talked briefly about the position and I was asked some preliminary questions about the my experience (Why Cspire?, Tell me a time that you made a difference at work; What were some challenges you've faced at work and how did you overcome them?) After those questions I was told that I would be moving forward in the hiring process and that I should be hearing from them soon. He also explained I would be receiving an email regarding my background check as well as an assessment, and advised that I could not go forward with the hiring process until those things were completed. (There is a time limit on these things once you register them.)
About a week later, I received a call from the same regional manager, stating that he wanted to meet in person and discuss the position more in depth.... he wanted to meet the next day. I agreed. The interview took about 30 minutes, he asked similar questions and seemed very impressed. I was thanked after the interview and was advised that I would most like receive a call from another higher manager and would possibly meet him.
Several days later, the VP of Sales called and stated he heard great things about me and would like to meet me face to face.
The interview with him was similar to the others it was more of a preparation/informational meeting to understand what exactly they expect from their Market managers. No pay was discussed. Their were a few question about attributes one question that stood out was Use 3 adjectives to describe your managerial style. (only u can answer that) The interview concluded with a very positive compliment about meeting me and he assured me that he would be calling me soon and that possibly the VP of Consumer sales would want to speak with me.
Did not hear from the VP of Consumer sales, however a human resources generalist called and stated she needed updated numbers for references from me. (she wanted only sales supervisors from previous positions) I supplied them and the call was concluded. Several days later I received my unofficial offer and invitation for drug screening, Drug screening was straight forward. After drug screening was passed an official offer was extended and I accepted. I hope this helps.
