Interview
Applied using online application system. Received phone call from Recruiter asking if I was interested in the position originally applied for Client Account Executive position ( Account Manager) she told me I was not going to be considered for it but we can consider you for ASR position. I said okay and she said she would forward my resume to the manager of x and y store. Manager called me and asked me when would be a good time to meet for an interview. Set a date and came to the store on the time agreed upon, however; the manager was not available and I ended up waiting for 1 hour for him and he apologized said he went to lunch. Sat down made small talk while we waited for the Regional Manager to come in as it would be an interview with him as well. Asked the regular questions "Why C-Spire" "Name a time when you had to make a person see things your way." "Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult situation and how did you overcome it" " When is honesty not appropriate in a business situation" Interviewers seemed very impressed with my answers and then we talked about sales objectives and strategic focuses. Got a call after interview from a higher up executive asking me about why cspire and where do you see yourself in 5 years.

The interview process is easy and really just consists of the manager asking questions to determine if the role is a good fit for you and if you are a good fit for the role.
Very Casual. The entire process was basically just questions about previous sales experience and how you would approach certain examples. Then, I shadowed another employee for an hour or so just to get the feel for the job.
