I applied through college or university. I interviewed at C2 Education (Olney, MD) in Dec 2012
Interview
Applied through a website, was contacted within a day to set up a teacher's test (old 2-section SATs). Need to score above 700 in the subject area you want to teach in. Once they evaluate your test scores, you get called in for an interview. My interview was about an hour long, and pretty casual. They hired me on the spot (I peeked at my scores during the interview; I think they were 750 and 800 so they were impressed?) and gave me a tour of the center.
