Singularly the worst hiring process ever with hardly any transparency and support. The phone screen was morphed in to something much bigger with the interviewer sifting through 6-8 behavioral questions that would have been more suitable for a 60-minute behavioral interview. Also, while I was told that I will have to take up their technical, product and behavioral interviews as next steps, I never heard back along those lines with the final surprise being a regret email.
While this might seem like a rant at a rejection, I am actually relieved that I was saved the opportunity of interviewing any further given the quality of the process.
