Long, 3+ month, interview process, consisting of a hackerrank screen, initial phone screen, ML concepts and programming interview round, executive round, and CEO round. Interviews were usually late to Skype calls, or did not show up without notification, and took weeks to reschedule. The final round with the CEO took over a month to schedule, and only appeared to be a brief 10 min call as a formality. To be fair, C3 employees do have a very strong foundation in machine-learning and programming skills, asked me challenging questions, and I believe C3 will be successful as a company. But judging by how stressed and tired the interviewers appeared in Skype, the immense lack of respect the company shows for the interview process, and the surprisingly sub-par initial offer tells me all I need to know about how they treat their employees.
