A very thorough interview process and from initial screening interview to firm offer took about 6 months. It definetely felt like a two way process in that they were assessing me but I was given ever opportunity to ask anything at all about the company. I got rather candid answers about how the company operates which was refreshing. The company truly feels (rightly I believe) that it has first mover advantage is a sector that is about to experience explosive growth. I was interviewed by people from Operations, Forward Deployed Engineering (pre sales) and the Sales management team.
