Worst interview experience I ever had!
Had seen some very very bad reviews about c3.ai interview processes before, but had thought they could not be that bad.
With the worst experience I just had, I now truly believe those bad reviews on C3 AI are so true.
A so-called customer-facing company was so unprofessional, and they could schedule a few interview meetings back to back, but cancel the scheduled meetings at will in the middle of the interviewing process, which is literally like bullying the candidates with no respect at all.
What kind of consultant company it is? What kind of customer-facing company it is?
How can anyone trust a company that acts like a bully to the people who were invited for an interview by this company?
Plus, unlike all other tech companies, this company does not allow remort work and requires their employee to work in the office together without masks.
Don't respect their candidates and don't care about their employee's health, will this company really care about what they do and their customers? I probably will give them the biggest question mark. Maybe only care about their revenue and profit.
Moreover, on their website, they feel proud of their hiring process and encourage other companies to follow their way: " We screened most of these candidates based on the resume and technical tests, interviewed nearly 400 candidates, and hired 17. Most organizations seeking to build up technical AI/ML talent should expect a similar recruiting funnel. "
What a joke!
If someone likes to be insulted with no respect, then go to interviews with this company.
