I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at C3 AI (Redwood City, CA) in Nov 2021
Interview
Waste of time. Started when someone reached out to me via email when I had put in an application. Went to two rounds talking to different EAs on the team. The last round was an on-site interview to get to know your synergy and authenticity to interact with everyone. Got an email a week later saying they've closed the position. Seems like they don't know what they want. The client's time is very valuable and doesn't look right to a company for them to waste anyone's time just to say "we don't know anyone at this time who could fit our needs so were closing the position"
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at C3 AI (Redwood City, CA) in Apr 2014
Interview
Everyone was friendly and transparent about the job expectations. I enjoyed meeting a wide range of employees during the process. Some of the interviews were conducted in open, common office areas within ear-shot of other employees - not for the shy! Onboarding went very quickly. You are expected to jump into the work and do more than 100%.
