Never had an interview process that was as disrespectful of my time or lacking basic organization. Had two interviews, but the second - supposed to be a panel - invited the three panelists to separate times than me. Thankfully, they all called me directly and we had decent chats. After passing those now four interviews, was given takeaway homework, told to do it in 3 days, and did so. Didn't hear back for a couple weeks. Was then told the grader was on vacation. Then three more interviews, was told each was final. Lasted almost two months, waiting, rescheduling. Heard nothing, so I emailed; was told there was new leadership and I should talk to them. I interviewed with them and heard nothing. Hiring leader reached out and said he was sorry, only one more round at most, totally informal. Got an email weeks later asking for my availability for two weeks in the future, but at that point it's almost four months since my total of over a dozen interviews started, so I stopped offering them the benefit of the doubt and said no thanks.
Got an offer that paid $60k more the next day, and an email from C3 saying "I hadn't been selected" two weeks later. Insulting experience, wouldn't recommend to anyone who has basic abilities and can go anywhere else.
