The while interview experience is a joke. They are here to not take the candidates seriously. I had two round scheduled on the same day, which kept on getting postponed, and the recruiter kept on changing date and time without even asking for consent. Finally one of the interview happened with a different interviewer, as the original one had left the org. The interview went fine. The questions were leetcode easy. Then the next interview also got re scheduled, and the time propsed clashed with one of my office calls. So I requested the recruiter to re schedule. In return the recruiter sent me a standard rejection email. The way this experience has been conducted is very frustrating for the candidate.
