First interview with HR. The interviewer set clear expectations, laid out the process and covered potential deal breakers upfront, particularly full time in office policy. Second interview was with the hiring manager. The hiring manager was honest and direct and provided necessary information to make an informed decision. After the interview and further research, I decided not to pursue the opportunity.
