Interview
- Postulated within their webpage and got a positive reponse after several days.
- HHRR manager contacted me and took a 1st interview of how the process would be, apart from asking me several behavioral questions and English test (I'm from México).
- Scheduled 3 interviews for 1 day, with a total duration of almost 3 hours. First 2 interviews were technical (Coderbyte programming problems with 2 problems each interview), and the last one was a theory interview with one of the Project Managers of the QA Automation area.
- A last interview was 3 days later, with another Project Manager, regarding some personal questions about my interest in the job application.
- At the time, to schedule meetings between current managers and the last Project Manager that interviewed me for some reference checks (this was odd to me)
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at C3 AI (Redwood City, CA) in Feb 2022
Interview
The interview process was long, but good overall. It started with a 30 minute phone screen to assess my experience and interest in the role. After that I had a coding technical, then two knowledge technical interviews. At this point we decided that I would interview for a different role, and I had to take another coding technical interview asking more challenging questions. After that, I had an interview with the individual I would report to. Finally 2 interviews with senior leadership. The interview process was long, but everyone who I spoke with was professional, communicated well with me during the process, and gave me good insight into what working at the company was like.
